This website (www.mmi-ws.ma), (the "Website"), is operated by MMI Weapon Systems ("MMI", "our", "us" or "we") and MMI is the data controller, as defined in Law No. 09-08 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data (the "Privacy Protection Law"), as defined below.

MMI is incorporated in the Kingdom of Morocco with registered office in MidParc, Casablanca. MMI holds a group of companies (collectively referred to in this policy as the "MMI Group").

This privacy policy applies to any visitor or user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your") of the Website.
